The Spa Body Treatments in this program have been created to nurture the body, mind and soul. "I booked the Weight Loss Wellness Programme at Fawkes House having been stuck at a very

frustrating plateau in my weight loss efforts. I needed some professional and caring help, which was

abundantly provided in the programme personally tailored to my needs.

Caroline is a warm and generous host and provided delicious home‐cooked meals that didn’t feel at

all like a diet. The accommodation and surroundings at Fawkes House are comfortable and tranquil.

Paul, the naturopath, was understanding and supportive. The massages and body treatments left me

feeling very relaxed and well cared for. There’s no complicated eating plan or exercise routine to

follow so it has been very easy to maintain the progress that was kick‐started during my stay.

I am so pleased to report that the end result of all that pampering, combined with acupuncture and

natural supplements, is that I have lost 4.1kg in the four weeks since I went to Fawkes House. I am

back on track and very grateful for all the help I received.

“For example, we use a naturopath to develop programs, considering everything from lifestyle and diet to a guest’s personal aspirations,” she said.
“We have a team of eight fully qualified and professional masseurs for massages and spa treatments.
“And we can also offer acupressure to people who may be looking to give up smoking or lose weight.”
Combine this health expertise with Caroline’s professional cooking experience and the charming surrounds of historical buildings and quaint, riotously colourful cottage gardens and you’re starting to get the picture.
Each of the wellness programs comes complete with full luxury accommodation, naturopathic advice, co-ordination between wellness services, personalised food and drink menu prepared daily on the premises and spa treatments designed to support the individualised program.
A qualified naturopath conducts a full consultation two weeks before the stay. This consultation provides information for the creation of the personalised retreat program, complete with eating and lifestyle advice.
Guests indulging on a five-day program will also receive a mid-week check up and all guests receive a follow-up phone consultation three to four weeks after their stay.

Looking forward to the Kalamunda Farmers Market on Sunday...its a great success just head to Central Mall Kalamunda. It's a wonderful relaxed atmosphere full of goodies to buy. Veggies so fresh,wonderful cheeses,baked goods of every description. A mecca for foodies. The boutique shops that line the market have Christmas gifts you don't see elsewhere. A wonderful experience for a Sunday morning outing.
